Privacy notice
Who is responsible: APEX SOFTWARE ENGINEERING LIMITED, 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX. Contact: code@apexsoftwareengineering.space.
The site owner must confirm this notice reflects actual practice before publication.
Contact and support forms
When you send a form we receive your name, email address, message, the request type, any services you selected and, if you provide them, organisation and phone number. We use these only to answer your enquiry or provide the service you ask for. The lawful basis is your consent and, where you ask about a service, steps taken at your request before a contract.
Form data is passed to our web host's mail system and delivered to our company mailbox. The host and mail provider process it on our behalf. Messages are not stored in a database by the website.
Abuse protection
To limit misuse, the form handler keeps a pseudonymous identifier derived from your IP address with a counter in a temporary file on the server for 15 minutes. Expired files are deleted when later requests are handled. The raw address is not written to that file.
Hosting logs
Like most web hosts, our hosting provider may record standard server logs, such as IP addresses and requested pages, for security and operation.
Cookies and browser storage
This site installs no analytics, advertising or other optional cookies. The only thing stored is your answer to the storage banner, kept in your browser's localStorage under one key, so the banner does not reappear. If storage is blocked, the banner simply shows again. You can change your answer at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer; both answers have the same effect because no optional storage exists.
The release milestone selector runs entirely in your browser and saves nothing.
How long we keep information
Enquiries are kept only for as long as needed to deal with them, provide any service that follows, and meet legal obligations. The owner will confirm the specific periods applied.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent. Write to code@apexsoftwareengineering.space. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We will update this page if our practice changes.
